The Future of Medical Education Journal (FUTURE MED EDUC J) is a peer-reviewed international journal published by Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, Mashhad, Iran.

The journal provides an international scholarly platform for the dissemination of high-quality research and scholarship in medical and health professions education. Our primary focus is on the educational processes, methodologies, and outcomes within the health professions and community health workforce, rather than clinical or basic medical research. It serves medical and health professions educators, education researchers, academic leaders, curriculum developers, and healthcare professionals committed to advancing health professions education worldwide.

FUTURE MED EDUC J publishes original research articles, systematic reviews, scoping reviews, narrative reviews, qualitative studies, short communications, Letters to the Editor, and editorials across all areas of medical and health professions education.
