Integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Gamification is emerging as a new approach in health sciences education. This method helps improve student learning and participation in various subjects, including hematology, community health nursing, and individual and family nursing, by designing interactive and personalized activities. By analyzing key parameters such as educational objectives, student characteristics, and available facilities, AI enables the rapid and optimal design of gamification activities. The advantages of this method include saving time, diversifying teaching methods, personalizing education, and increasing student engagement. However, there are also challenges such as the need to review AI proposals, dependence on digital infrastructures, and resistance of some students to new methods. To effectively utilize this technology, it is recommended to hold training workshops for instructors, develop AI tools specifically for medical education, and create a database of designed activities. Finally, AI can be a valuable assistant to instructors, transforming the quality of health science education, provided that it is accompanied by careful monitoring and adaptation to real classroom conditions.
